Your letter should be addressed to the Court’s administrative office—not the Justices personally.
Send to:
Supreme Court Prothonotary
Pennsylvania Judicial Center
601 Commonwealth Avenue, Suite 4500
P.O. Box 62575
Harrisburg, PA 17106-2575
Be sure to reference: “In the Int. of: V.C., a Minor (40-42 MM 2025)”
The Supreme Court does not rule based on public opinion—but it can take note of public concern in matters of systemic importance. To make your support effective:
✅ Share how this case matters to you or your family
✅ Focus on the importance of legal oversight and due process
✅ Be polite, factual, and avoid aggressive or accusatory language
❌ Don’t ask for a specific ruling or legal outcome
❌ Don’t include legal arguments or evidence
❌ Don’t claim to speak on behalf of the petitioners
Your letter is not part of the legal record—it’s a public expression of why the Court should hear this case.
Please email a copy of your letter to mystory@takenwithoutcause.com. This helps us track and organize the support behind this effort.
If you customized your letter and would like us to share it—let us know!
If comfortable, post a portion of your letter on social media using the hashtag #TakenWithoutCause and link to takenwithoutcause.com. Your story can inspire others to take action.
Every letter helps show this isn’t just one case—it’s a repeatable failure in urgent need of review.
We deeply appreciate your support. Let’s make sure no other family has to fight this battle alone.
